A depositions hearing for independent MP Taito Phillip Field, who faces charges of bribery, corruption, and attempting to pervert the course of justice, has been adjourned for a week. He is accused of offering immigration assistance to Thai people working on seven of his properties in Auckland, Wellington and Samoa for little or no money.
